Who operates this service

Dave's Business Command Centre is a private business-assistance service operated by Daniel Connell. Privacy and support enquiries can be sent to d.198692@gmail.com.

Information processed

• Google account identifier, verified email address and display name.
• Encrypted Google OAuth access and refresh tokens.
• Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides information needed for a task Dave requests.
• Project instructions, prepared drafts, approvals and operational records created in the workspace.
• Limited security and service data needed to keep sessions reliable and investigate faults.

Why it is processed

The service uses this information to authenticate Dave, retrieve relevant work information, organise projects, prepare drafts and carry out an approved action. The operational rule is fixed: sending, booking, publishing, deleting, purchasing or making an external commitment requires Dave's explicit GO.

Google user data

Google data is used only to provide the user-facing features Dave requests. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train a general-purpose AI model. Only task-relevant content may be shared with configured service providers to produce the requested result. Use of Google information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Connected-account data is retained only while the connection is active or as needed for project and audit records. A deletion or disconnection request can be made using the support address above.

Sharing and international processing

Information is shared only with infrastructure and AI service providers required to operate the requested feature, including Google APIs and the configured hosting and model providers. These providers may process data in other countries under their contractual safeguards.

Dave's choices and rights

Dave may disconnect Google access, request access to stored personal data, correct it, restrict or object to processing, request deletion or data portability, and complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
